Julian Sanchez

Julian Sanchez (he/they) was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and began his dance training at Dance Town at the age of 9. In 2016, he attended the New World School of the Arts and graduated in 2020. At the Juilliard School, he has performed works by Ohad Naharin, Hofesh Shechter, Trisha Brown, Jamar Roberts, Rena Butler and Tiler Peck, amongst others. He attended summer programs with Ballet BC, GagaLab, Jacob’s Pillow and B12 Dance Festival. Often contributing to Student Choreographic Workshops, Julian presented a piece at Juilliard Choreographic Honors in 2022. Julian would like to thank his parents, Belen and Andres, his family, friends and teachers for their constant support throughout his dance endeavors past, present and future.
